Retaining wall built to tall and not using geo-grid. Retaining wall partially collapsed this year and is now being rebuilt incorrectly. Wall this tall should be built to code instead of being a danger to passersby.

Jersey ridge from 53rd to Kimberly really needs a sidewalk at least on one side that goes all the way through! This is not accessible!

The west brick wall at 325 E 2nd St is unsupported, cracked in several locations, and has loose bricks. This is the building being remodeled as a theater. The west side of this wall is closely adjacent to an outdoor seating area for The Half Nelson Restaurant (see chairs in photo). My recommendation is that the outdoor seating area be closed until the building renovations are complete. Also this wall should have shoring installed.
