car has been left in front of my house for about 2 weeks now. and hadnt moved or anyone come check it

There is a truck parked on south Lincoln but partially blocking the turn onto Jackson Avenue

pop-up camper is set up in street, has been there for a while, no plates, not attached to a vehicle, possibly being lived in. also a large mattress is laying on boulevard and has been there for days

Maroon Chevy Impala has been sitting for months. 2/4 tires are flat. This car sitting on the corner and not being moved frequently causes issues turning into this one outlet street. Especially when it snows and the plow is unable to push the snow off of the street because it has to move around this vehicle.
