3227 Sunnyside Ave (south of alley) (city property) ~ parked on grass. on CITY PROPERTY. I watched it get towed to this spot 3 days ago. A yellow tow strap can be seen laying on the ground in front of it. Apparently doesn't operate.

this R/V has been parked here since Sept. the license plates come back to a house on 31st in someone else's name. enough is enough with the special treatment of this property.
