sidewalk on both sides of storm drain has settled several inches on each side resulting in trip hazard immediately adjacent to the road. sidewalk needs to be mudjacked and raised. also, curb damage from snow plows.

A few years ago the city repaired something in the street and had to redo the street. When this was done it created the sidewalk in front of my house to crack. I would like that fixed since it was a result of the construction done on the street.

The weekend of December 20th the city snow plow tore out the grass on the curb. Clumps of sod need to be disposed.

No fill between curb/street and sidewalk. Hazard for cars and pedestrians as it is deep.

Along Myrtle St curb is falling apart

Concrete curb at address provided is broken and large chunks are a hazard to motor vehicles on Jersey Ridge Rd. A pot hole in the street, next to the broken curb, is developing as well. Please repair both at earliest convenience.

For several years the snow plow has damaged the cement curb, with the damaged area increasing every year This was reported every year Last fall, the damage was repaired with asphalt More extensive damage occurred this winter and the curb (cement and asphalt) was thrown onto the sidewalk

Curb has a 2 foot section busted out and concrete is in the street. Kids are now playing with it and throwing pieces causing dangerous situation for vehicles.

Water shut-off valve replaced a few months ago, but the concrete company left dried concrete and remaining tree roots. Soil was never filled back in after work was done and grass is not able to grow here. If the roots and concrete could be removed, then filled back in with dirt and grass that would be great! Thank you!
