Foundation is rotting away unsafe rental with a fake lease to own

Sidewalk needs replaced. Has been this way for several years while other sections of sidewalk along McClellan have been replaced that were in far better shape.

alley is decorating badly. us residents shouldn't have to pay for new alley cause constant fire truck usage. city should pay for replacement

The west brick wall at 325 E 2nd St is unsupported, cracked in several locations, and has loose bricks. This is the building being remodeled as a theater. The west side of this wall is closely adjacent to an outdoor seating area for The Half Nelson Restaurant (see chairs in photo). My recommendation is that the outdoor seating area be closed until the building renovations are complete. Also this wall should have shoring installed.

Jersey ridge from 53rd to Kimberly really needs a sidewalk at least on one side that goes all the way through! This is not accessible!

We've lived at 2916 n pine for 35yrs. The city did mudjack that area probably 25 years ago. That spot has standing water for days after it rains. I'll go out and squigee the water past my driveway. Just think it's time something gets done,please. I'm having my sidewalk replaced because of standing water. Maybe the city can reciprocate. Thanks. Jerry Stegner

The corner of Concord and Boies at Hayes is a lake whenever there is rain or melting snow and makes it difficult for children to be able to cross at the crosswalk. the corner is lower than the drain so the water never rus to the drain.

Both the north east and west corners flood with handicap ramps going into the water. In the winter this freezes and is solid ice. very dangerous for all this should be kept salted in the winter by the city or handicap ramp fixted to exit onto Pacific instead of 70th.

Not a "flood" per se, but water builds up on the corner and can't drain away. Sometimes it can get a bit stagnant.

The whole sidewalk in front of 1505 Washington street floods every time it rains or snow. There is a handicapped person that lives there and with couple inches of water every time, it is a hazard. The sidewalk is sunken and has been for years.
People are afraid to walk here in winter with ice for that long stretch. The handicap spot is within the flooded area as noted in pictures.
