PotholeAcknowledged4201 Clark Dr Richton Park IL 60471, United States - Richton ParkI reported several potholes and damaged asphalt in the front of my entire home which contributes to rain water sitting in front of my home for days after it rains Public works came out and patched one pothole in my driveway, leaving the entire strip of my driveway still damaged Then I get a message saying the issue is fixed and closed out This has not been addressed. The public works crew patched the driveway potholes only. The entire road still floods and holds water all along the front of my home. The crew that came out to fix it says the whole street needs to be redone and acknowledged it's awful. They also said the water is standing still because the curbs are not high enough and need to be fixed/replaced This is really sad that you have to beg a village to fix obvious, major problems. I included A picture of the patch work that was done in my driveway and as you can see it did not fix the problem at all. Water even covered the patch that was fixed -

22641 Imperial Ct Richton Park, Illinois, 60471 - Richton ParkThe sewer is not draining and everytime it rain the block flood. This has been happening since my family and I have moved here (5yrs). Sending someone from public works out with a shovel is not working because they can't find the sewer due to not being able to see with all the water and the sewer is not covered with debris or trash. A professional company needs to be hired to permanently fix the problem so our lawns and cars won't be destroyed. It would be greatly appreciated if this concerning issue could be remedied for once and for all. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration to this urgent matter. -
