the backyard of this property has the debris seen in the photo. disappears to be a portion of the backyard fence that was taken down in the spring of 2024. the back door may be broken and there are other areas in the yard of the property in disrepair.

Trash has been thrown in the field behind the red house which is being rented. The field has always been well maintained and I had to move debris in order for them to cut. Not there is sitting water. Mosquitoes !

there is running standing water around our house to the drive. It cause ice build in drive way and mosquitoes all over in the are as well as other problems to our grass. please have them move hoes away from the area. please and thank you for your time.

Pot hole in alley

I've been dealing with water damage to my ceiling since January. I live on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor condo building. Originally the lady above me on 3rd floor and myself had water damage. Maintenance said it was a gutter, fixed the gutter and then they fixed the interior of both mine and the lady above me ceilings in February. Then in March/april I started noticing bubbling and more water damage to the ceiling everytime after it rains. Maintenance had been out a few times but couldn't figure out the problem. In June the siding was pulled off and the maintenance guy Ramone asked our HOA, Russ, Ryan-Properties to get a contractor out. The contractor was out on July 11th and forwarded information to Russ. The contractor said it was a roof problem and Russ said he will be working with Byrne-Johnson Roofing. Mold is starting to grow rapidly and I've been forwarding pictures and videos to Russ and he hardly replies to my e-mails. nysg
