    The fence was not assemble properly. It has been like this for a while. Since this family has moved in. We thought they would have fixed it by now. But they haven't. It's falling apart and it is on our property line. We don't want anyone to get hurt. We want it removed or assembled properly.

    The bell has been pushed in and does not work. This has been reported to the property management company prior to this. This glass is also broken next to the door. We attempted to tape the glass up ourselves to prevent vermin and critters from getting in but has been like this for over a year. Ben has been out at least 6 months
