Interoffice Requests PLUS

This is a new sidewalk which is supposed to be handicapped accessible. Not sure how a wheelchair can navigate this, as there is a
Pole to anchor the telephone pole directly in the middle of the ramp.

From Mass.gov: "Like alcohol, you cannot have an open container of adult-use marijuana or marijuana products in the passenger area of your car while on the road or at a place where the public has access. An “open container” includes a package with its seal broken or a package from which the contents have been partially removed." So WHY are there constantly cars wreaking of marijuana driving by, at stop lights and smoking at the PUBLIC parks, standing on the streets, etc. and NOTHING is being done?! If I'm smelling it, and seeing it on a daily basis then it should be easy enough to find these individuals, no? It's getting worse and worse, not to mention the brazen drug transactions I see where I live. I knew making this legal would be a free-for-all all and it IS!

A year ago I wrote to the Mayor asking how to get Arnold Street a one sided parking only street. Officer Jeff Rubino came out & spoke with me & he said he would start the process & take it to the board. I have attempted to contact him & have never heard back. Please let me know what can be done. I fear pulling out of my driveway as I cannot see around the large vehicles parked on the street.
