    Resident is reporting missing asphalt around the sewer manhole cover on 84th Ave S about 50-100ft south of S 222nd St in the southbound, right lane. It is very jarring when a vehicle goes over it.

    Resident is reporting a partially open manhole cover located in the westbound left turn lane on SE 256th St about 50 feet east of 116th Ave SE.

    Resident states that these manhole covers are still not bolted down. He called on 1/3/23 (#13886593) and says that we did not bolt down all of these and they are very noisy when the buses drive over them. Please check on S 268th St between Military Rd & 40th Ave S to the school.

    Locating tickets for PSE and seen that there are 5 manholes altogether in this area and 2 of them are opened which is NE and SE of park. It doesn't show all the new areas on the map because it's new, but it won't be hard to miss. Just cautious of the children playing in this park and someone can fall into this.

    The sewer appears to be overflowing again from the parking area of Accurate and Taxes Business and slowly coming making it's way into the building from the street side of the City sewer. This happened last year and had to submit in an emergency repair. It seems to be doing the same thing again

    Septic feeds to 4th Ave sewer lines and it keeps coming back and wanting to see if it is actually making it to the end of the line. did contact a plumber and looks like water is filled in the tank and not sure where the backup is coming back from

    Plumber with Roto Rooter is asking to have the main sewer line inspected as they have been unable to restore service to 2 of the 3 units at the tri-plex. The toilets are not draining and water is holding at the flange and is fully charged. They are asking for additional information as to where the main and private lines connect and at what point the City takes over.

    Plumbing issues and had a private contractor come out to inspect, tried a snake and also used a cutter but wouldn't go all the way through. Something seems to be stuck. Was advised to contact the City since it was passed property line.
