    A squirrel was just chewing on the ends of these loose, hanging electrical wires and was electrocuted. It caused a large bang and a brief flash of bright white/yellow-ish light and several neighbors on the block opened their doors to investigate. This was a freak occurrence but still one that could be repeated and may threaten our supply of electricity. Can someone please address these loose, hanging wires?
