This is what several of the tree wells look like on the reservoir wall side of Central Ave. Maybe someday Steven Fulop can get his head out of the stars & actually do something about the never ending litter issue in JC

After a police investigation on the corner of 3rd street and Newark ave., latex gloves and bloody gauze left all over the street. Who is responsible for the proper disposal of what is considered "hazardous waste" since this is considered bodily fluids.

Request for JC to install 1-4 new trash receptacles at corners of Communipaw Ave/Van Horne St, as well as Communipaw/Halladay. These intersections have had litter and trash build up issues for years. Not enough receptacles to match new apartment buildings/residents in the area along Communipaw Ave (Lafayette section).

Sidewalk ends and grass is way overgrown. Signs are painted on or in disrepair. Overgrown grass and trash continue south on Pacific

There is trash all along the reservoir wall in summit between Pershing park and Jefferson. Can someone please maintain this sidewalk?

The area across from 246 Bay St, across from the firehouse where its partbof the Newark pedestrian pathway has puddles of human urine and I just saw a guy urinating nearby in public. Please can you help clean up this area? When I walk by in the morning these drunk guys harrass women as well.

Trash can needed on this street corner. There’s is constantly trash thrown on the street here.

The garbage cans still do not have any covers. The smell is awful.

Broken glass throughout the entire bike lane from Monmouth around the bend onto Merseilles
