The dead end at Monitor is completely overgrown with bushes and debris During the day, package thieves use this as a "safe"location to jump on passing trains and steal packages (Have watched this happen numerous times ) At night, its totally dark and people are constantly back in there doing who knows what Overall really unsafe conditions for residents walking on the street, especially after dark Wondering if eliminating some of the privacy/coverage the brush offers might deter bad actors from continuing to congregate here?l

First. this is going on for months. This building has not been worked on in months. Wires hanging from the ceiling inside. Now people are throwing garage on the property. This garbage has been there for over a week. Someone left boots there too. I will be sending another picture. There is hole in the other building. Cats and mice are living in the building. This is not safe. Can you please send the city to inspect this building and have the owner be responsible to clean their property? We do not want to live around other people's garbage.

Issue: 121 Duffield Avenue very dirty under the bridge and both sidewalks need cleaning. This area is very dirty and needs cleaning.

Issue: Behind the business of 438 Saint Paul's Avenue the bridge area is very dirty on both sides of the sidewalk. Trash needs to be removed and street cleaning needed.

The fire alarm in this building goes off constantly It's going off now Second time since about 10PM The fire department comes within 10-15 min just to shut it off because there is never any fire This is a disturbance Who is responsible for making sure the fire alarm system is working properly?

The New York Ave sidewalk and the road need to be cleaned from fallen branches. The trees on the slope must be inspected. The garbage bin is falling on its side.

What's the deal with the old Toys R Us building? at 1 time after they closed it was a furniture place then supposedly they were gonna build a Aldi or something there.
There has been no active construction going on at that location in months inside or outside.
the outside is a mess & probably not owned by the mall property maintenance with all the weeds & trash everywhere.
I'm surprised there's no graffiti murals up on there yet but I'm sure they will read this & will have a few up in the next few days.
That might actually look better than just an empty sinking building there.
