    House has been shaking significantly after construction on Sip Avenue started when buses and trucks come at a fast speed down and up sip avenue. Appears ground has been disrupted.

    The company doing the cement work on New York Avenue today pulled these nails (and screws) out of the 2x4's used to hold the cement while it dries and just left them all over the street These will cause flat tires if run over when parking which is exactly where they were discarded They also left cement piles, wood scraps and over all disgusting conditions behind after doing this work to fill the cement areas on peoples sidewalks There should be some form of fines/penalties issued to them for not being safe and respectful with the work they are performing

    On corner of Garfield and Pearsall constantly illegally opens fire hydrant for their use on the site , without a meter to monitor usage and PAY for it

    Any update on this seemingly cursed project? There are unfinished sidewalks and curbs (north side of street mostly), tree areas filled with concrete and trash, left behind equipment / pipes taking up parking spaces, old no parking signs still attached to trees, street signs laying on the sidewalk, no repaving was done causing uneven streets and pooling of water during storms.

    At the intersection of Grove Street and 5th Street work was done in the street and it was backfilled and now there is a huge lump and a hole in the middle of the street that goes half -way across. This was filled by the MUA after a water or sewer service.
