    A developer is taking a small multi-family at 40 Lembeck Avenue and converting it to a 17 unit building with NO PARKING.

    Why are these developers even getting approval to build anything without parking? That should be tablestakes. only 10% will be affordable housing...so maybe 1-2 units of a 17 unit building will be affordable???????

    Stop voting for Fulop. He DOES NOT care about the middle class. Jersey City has is no longer affordable in any way.

    The mess is at the top of the hill on Van Reipen Avenue a small dead-end street. It is across from 143 VR it is not their mess. Every few months trash accumulates in the corner along with pigs throwing junk there. An old guy on the block (lol) chopped down the massive weeds today to reveal the mess. He was going to bag some of the mess as he has done in the past, but it was too overwhelming. Has to be done by someone with better equipment. aka truck and shovels. Thank you.

    This is about sidewalk cleaning and health conditions. Under the New York Avenue underpass there are the following:
    1. Dead pigeons at the start of the underpass
    2. Pigeon poop all over the sidewalk which people, pets and baby carriages walk and stroll over.
    3. Along the entire bridge wall there is pigeon poop, other types of filth, etc…
    Can the city have a water truck to hose the entire walkway down and pick up dead pigeons, debris and street signs that have been left by the walkway.
