JC Fire Department wrapped the broken wire connected to the neighbors house on our porch. We have on ring video. We are requesting it to be removed and assistance to remove as it’s on our property. The wire has no connection to our house and now tangled on another wire from the street. The neighbor said the wire is not a live wire, but it’s connected to their house which is impacting our home & property. Thank you -
