  • 2975 John F Kennedy Blvd Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square
This very dangerous-looking former light pedestal on JFK Blvd. in front of the Apna grocery store there. These exposed wires are scary looking and I have no idea if they are live or not. They should not be just dangling on the sidewalk. They are a tripping hazard if not an electrical hazard.
  • 444 Washington Blvd Jersey City 07310, United States - The Waterfront
Gap in railing of Hudson River walkway

145–169 Wayne St Jersey City NJ 07302, United States - Downtown
Replace construction - The cobblestone were dug up and not replaced. Surely this is against historic society rules
  • 07311 Jersey City, NJ, USA - The Waterfront
What was the City thinking? This is supposed to be a small park with green grass. The grass has been completely covered up with gravel. If this is supposed to be a dog run, there should be fencing to protect the dogs.
There is no green anything. It is so ugly.

    Pershing Field - The Heights

Pershing Field north of Community Center. Wide steps north of Center are being sabotaged by corrupt maintenance workers. Water is directed under the slabs and soil is washed out under whole set. There are visible cavities under slabs. Also, tripping hazard.

I request maintenance supervisor be fired for sabotage of public property.

  • 1009 Garfield Ave Jersey City, New Jersey, 07304 - Bergen-Lafayette
Missing sidewalk slab causing huge tripping hazard. Gets muddy and flooded and causes pedestrians to have to walk in the street. I have almost been hit by oncoming cars flying down Garfield multiple times and I fell off the sidewalk this morning trying to avoid the mud injuring my ankle. This must be repaired immediately
  • 302 Fairmount Ave Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306 - McGinley Square
A constituent called to report a large hole in the sidewalk entering this parking lot.
  • 572-578 Pavonia Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square
Trucks of supply companies (WB Mason and others) consistently park on the sidewalk while making deliveries to the Hudson County offices. Repeatedly, they driven over a signal box in the concrete near the corner of Central & Pavonia. This is now a pedestrian hazard that could cause a trip or fall and a serious injury. Please have it fixed and keep trucks off the sidewalk. I suggest blocking vehicular access.
  • 450 Manila Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07302, USA - Downtown
This sidewalk was cut up for construction too long ago to remember. It makes the sidewalk entirely too narrow and hard to navigate. Also, there’s no sidewalk on the other side of the street; this is the only option.

  • 200 Newark Ave Jersey City, New Jersey, 07302 - Downtown
Somebody ripped up a planter, it’s right next to 200 Newark Ave.
  • 362 Terrace Ave Jersey City, New Jersey, 07307 - The Heights

Next to Home 325 Terrace Avenue all the way to the corner of Terrace Avenue and Leonard Street there needs to be a replacement of the old fencing installed by Jersey City Government.

The Fencing is on the Government Owned Jersey City Property of the Jersey City Sidewalk. The current fencing is made up of white fencing and gray fencing that stretches from next to home of 325 Terrace Avenue all the way to the corner of Terrace Avenue and Leonard Street. The fencing is broken, bended, and some have partially fallen down due to being an old fencing and vandalism throughout the years. The residents of this block and nearby request for new fencing that is sturdy. Please have an inspector that pictures of this old fencing on this block and have City Hall install new sturdy fencing. Thanks for your cooperation and God Bless!
