    Street is closed by construction with no signs, no permits, no police directing traffic, no traffic control workers. Huge nuisance with everyone getting confused and making u-turns causing Summit Avenue to be backed up with traffic.

    Water main has been ongoing since 8am. It is now 12:43 am the next morning. We have been without water for over 13 hours. Unacceptable

    According to this resident, "there's construction work being done on a Fire Hydrant at this location and No Signs are posted notifying residents not to park there. He said, they have been moving the parked cars to other areas nearby. He's upset about not being notified in advance so residents would've known not to park at that location."

    AWFUL SMELL permeating on Division Street btwn 6th and 7th streets. The smells in the morning have gotten really bad since the construction of a new building on the corner of 8th and Division st. The smells at the street level have gotten noticeably stronger as they have been connecting water pipes under the nearby streets. Please look into this.

    Please advise how long Garfield Avenue be closed down between Bidwell Avenue and Dwight Street. This has become a very big incovenience not being able to travel through the town that is very much congested. There are more accidents because of the congestion routed from this street not being in use and the schools will be back in session causing even more traffic. This construction has been going on for many months. The people need to be able to utilize this street for their daily commute.
