9th St. and Monmouth Avenue on the 3 corners the delineator cones are broken and flat on the ground. Concern someone will get hurt. Nursing Home (Alaris) in the area. Please investigate.

Everett St island has Tall Weeds and Grass that require maintenance

Two broken delineators at this intersection. One on each side of Palisade.

Please send someone to pick up the 2 delineator posts that are located on the sidewalk of JFK Blvd., Lukoil gas station.

This is more of a bike lane obstruction but wasn’t sure if any of the existing bike lane categories fit this particular issue. Located on Merseles St just north of the intersection with Wayne St, these concrete barriers are blocking the two way bike path and force riders to either slow down to clear the very narrow opening or pick up their device and go to the sidewalk. This is an unacceptable obstruction to commuters who use this path and should be resolved as soon as possible.
