Sidewalk ends and grass is way overgrown. Signs are painted on or in disrepair. Overgrown grass and trash continue south on Pacific

seems like irrigation system next to trees at dog park is broken. running water bubbling up from ground.

Woken up at almost midnight on the night of 11/6 to incredibly loud construction noises from street sewer (?) work near the corner of Bright Street and Jersey Avenue. How is this a permitted time to do work?

The resident states that the site is leaving concrete wash water, excessive dust, and debris.

Cement filling up the drains on all sides of the construction and this area is prone to floods

In July 2024 a crew hired by the city or state dug up the sidewalk to check my water connection. They never came back to fill up the hole. I'm afraid someone is going to fall in, especially as we move into winter. Also they never finished the corners of the intersection at Halladay and Johnston. And they haven't finished a driveway they dug up at 378 Johnston. I hope all the sidewalk work will get finished before winter.

West Side Avenue from Montgomery to Sip is a rollercoaster of potholes with no road markings visible. It has been a mess for years. Please address this, residents vehicles are being torn to bits due to this.
Multiple potholes, broken road surfaces and general lumps and bumps from years of neglect by the City.

According to this resident, "there's construction work being done on a Fire Hydrant at this location and No Signs are posted notifying residents not to park there. He said, they have been moving the parked cars to other areas nearby. He's upset about not being notified in advance so residents would've known not to park at that location."

Jersey avenue needs to be repaired, but until then it needs to be patched. Cars are cracking wheels all the time, and the shoddy condition of the road is breaking suspension components are peoples cars.

The city permitted several thousand residents to move the neighborhood, with their cars but has not done much of anything to remediate this issue for the last 5 years.
