There is a white Tesla that has been driving through Berry Lane Park every day and parking in front of the Grind concession building (presumably for a free charge). Can we please close the park to vehicular traffic? Allowing this puts pedestrians and children in danger and sets a bad precedent.

For some reason the gate where Berry Lane meets the park has been open for months. Please close this, as this is where this driver is entering.

LaPointe Park located on Stuyvesant Ave, needs serious repairs. The spray ground’s turf has multiple cracks that could be a potential falling hazard for kids. The walls along the park have chipped paint and are peeling. The tree guards are coming up also could be a fall hazard. I have been a resident of Jc for 30 years and raising my children here, we would love to enjoy this park as much as I did when I was growing up, it is just in major need of Renovation and refresh for generations to come. Please send some one to take a further look.

This turned-up tree grate is one of the many tripping hazards in Enos Jones. I commend the city for flattening out the pavers near the picnic area. That work was done quickly and it was long overdue.

But there are more examples of these tripping hazards across the park.

Can you please recategorize this to Zoning? I could not find a listing that would be routed to that office.

In August of 2023, we brought this issue of Canco Lofts not sharing the picnic area (tables/grills) and dog park with the public. Now its again will it be another summer of this building robbing the taxpayers of their rightful public space? The previous ticket was closed. When will these spaces get signage and be open to the public and what is being done about the residents who are picking fist fights and harassing people who try to use these spaces? I borrowed an image from another user to show what the current space looks like. Why are they allowed to have a huge hill of grass that says keep off? That is also meant to be a public space!

Basement hatch on public sidewalk is collapsing. Tripping hazard.

I remind, that once this structure is demolished, no new hatch can be permitted. There is no such a thing as grandfathering hatch when new structure is erected.
