Vacant Building/LotПризнана356b 5th St Jersey City, New Jersey, 07302 - DowntownThe owner of the adjoined property would like the open doors and windows to be sealed and closed off. According to the owner of the adjoined property at 356 5th St., all the windows are wide open in this vacant building and lots of dust & debris are coming from it. The owner of 356 5th St said, they were doing illegal demolition inside of this property, but was ordered to stop. Now, there's lots of dust & debris coming from those opened windows and the neighboring home owner is concerned that some of that dust & debris may contain Lead and/or asbestos. These buildings are very old and may contain those things.
*Request to have opened doors and windows Boarded Up to keep possible toxic dust & debris from being blown into the air. -
