I notice many fire hydrants have markings on the street to identify there is a hydran, as well as to mark a no parking area
We have a fire hydrant in front of our house and we do not have this
Our street is in need of repaving so I wouldn’t expect this to happen until after it’s freshly paved, so my question is how do we have this done by our hydrant as well as the 2 others on the block And can we get on a list for repaving??

Question: how are we expected to take parking enforcement seriously when the enforcers aren’t following what the enforce?

    who enforces the enforcers?

  • Can the residents in ward c please have permission to park in the multiple parking lots by the Hudson plaza office at 257 Cornelison Ave? The lots sit vacant after working hours on the weekends and evenings, so allowing residents to utilize them will help with the growing parking problem in the area. It will also make the streets safer for pedestrians which is becoming unsafe with the congested streets. Thank you.

There has been serious noise issues around grove st PATH station, near downtown jersey city. Someone is playing super loud music at this hour (2am), can I do anything about it? This is unlivable. Previously it was loud music at 9am, then 3pm, then I was like ok fine, but then now it is 2AM. it is crazy. I can't tell who is doing it but it is the area around Grove st and Morgan st.

  • 284 Bergen Ave Jersey City, New Jersey, 07305 - Bergen-Lafayette
Why can someone play music so loud and long without multiple complaints? Or is it that the multiple complaints are not properly addressed?
  • John F Kennedy Blvd & Newark Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square
Who is responsible for maintaining the memorial at Kennedy & Newark? The memorial has been in pretty poor condition and people seem to be parking on it / around it. It's such a shame that this is how we treat the memorials to our veterans.
  • Sanford Pl & Sherman Pl Jersey City, NJ, 07307, USA - The Heights

This morning, city workers installed way too many delineators at the Sherman/Sanford zigzag. One of them is already a causality, hit by the low winds today, it just fell over.

The first time a large truck goes through here, these will all be destroyed. This would include the normal recycling pickup from tonight and possibly rushing fire trucks. I'm sure they were installed at the correct arc intervals, but hurried operators from our delivery trucks will hit them.

We needed bollards, mostly for the south-bound Sanford on the left to create a vision area for drivers and pedestrians - but frankly, this is over done.

Some legitimate parking was taken away, some questionable-but-still-okay parking is gone, and a popular spot for delivery vehicles to park for 90 seconds is no more - until they just drive over these bollards and break them.

Also the drains cannot be reached by the street sweepers - the drain by the stop sign in this image gets filled each rain. Can we at least remove the bollards at the peak of this angle so our street sweeper can reach it? Nobody ever parks at the peak, so it should be fine. I'd also like to see a few bollards removed at the end of each of the rows, we don't need to remove that much parking.

Again we need some - but not this many. Can you ask a few of the people who live on the corner and they'll give you a better opinion since they live with the fun intersection each day.

  • Van Vorst St & York St Jersey City, NJ, 07302, USA - Downtown
The red paint is faded and cars park right up to the corner. My daughter and I were almost hit by a car turning right onto Van Vorst due to visibility. Can this be repainted and striped to protect the pedestrian crossing?

Car or truck crash into the fence, let's fix it :-) Thanks!
  • Saint Pauls Ave & Skillman Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square

Delineators damaged yet again I believe Mike Manzella had committed residents durable delineators at St Paul's

FYI these are being damaged by the construction trucks entering Skillman Ave for the 3075 Kennedy/AC Chevrolet towers project Do they even have approved traffic permits?

In any case, please replace these with more durable bollards that were promised to residents u
