Big a** hornets nest

Curious about the specific reason or use of these at Delaware and Kensington Are they functional at this point or maybe neglected pick up? There are more across the street also If they serve a purpose by all means leave them there, but purpose is not clear May be residual from an event in the park??

Request for an American Flag to be placed at the corner of Secaucus Road near the big vacant lot next to 362 Terrace Avenue.
There is a big vacant government lot next on Secaucus Road on the Jersey City side and there is an flagpole already, but no American flag. Please have a American flag placed at this location.
Also another American flag is requested at the Jersey City Public Library at Five Corners Library branch at Summit Avenue and Newark Avenue. There is a flagpole at that location, but there is no American flag. Please have an American flag at this location as well. I spoke with Councilman Boggiano during his first week of May meeting and I ask that this request for 5 Corners Jersey City Library to have an American flag.
