  • Noise pollution
    1. Garbage truck has started coming in the middle of the night and extremely disruptive. Timings include 2:30am, 4:45am, and 7:30am on Saturday mornings.

    2. Construction elevator (very loud)starts at 6:30am every morning (per construction hours, this shouldn’t start until 7am) and sometimes on Saturday’s too (I thought weekends were no construction??).

    I have a question about parking near driveways. Someone often parks close to my driveway, and I’m not sure if their car is actually blocking it or not, since there are no boundary lines or curb markings to indicate the exact driveway limits.
    I’ve attached a few images for reference. Could you please let me know how to determine whether a vehicle is considered to be blocking a driveway? Also, how much space should be left between a parked car and a driveway to comply with parking regulations?

    Who is responsible for maintaining the memorial at Kennedy & Newark? The memorial has been in pretty poor condition and people seem to be parking on it / around it. It's such a shame that this is how we treat the memorials to our veterans.

    Do these people have permits to close the street? No one can get in and out the sidewalk closed, but there’s no signage and no flaggers. I have heavy equipment blocking the roadway.
