    the city bike rack at this location is filled with litter and debris so much so that when it rains the rain floods the sidewalk the residents say that they are fed up with this bike rack because city bike never cleans it and wants city bike to relocate it somewhere else
    they also say that it takes up valuable parking space which is a premium in this section of the city
