a TV playing ads on top of other typical building signage can't be allowed can it?

LAZ PARKING put this sign on the utility pole it needs to be removed. This is my neighborhood my Ward they do not have the legal right to put anything on a pseg pole or anywhere else for that matter.

Are these feather signs legal? They are all over Central Ave - crooked, flapping around - making main shopping district look like a car-wash zone. Businesses should instead make beautiful storefront signs to attract shoppers. This is just awful

The entire storefront is covered with storage boxes and aluminum like drapery - can you please speak with the business owners to keep the storefront neat and presentable? Thank you
