    Three months have gone by - time to take all three signs down. These are advertising vinyl banners, not a permanent sign for the business. An eyesore on a residential building and the properties around it.

    the sign flag is back in the tree pit -illegal per Tree Ordinance. This was already addressed and removed in Spring, why is the business now putting the sign back? Double the fines
