Health Conditions PLUS

I moved into this apartment in June. It smells overwhelmingly of mold and mildew. I keep my windows open, run the air purifier and dehumidifier and fan, and still I can get any relief. I reported it to the landlord and they have ignored it. What are my options? What can I do?

Neighbor attracting dozens of pigeons to perch and poop on my property by feeding them on his property. They perch waiting daily for him to feed them. I asked him to do this in his front yard but belligerently refused. It’s a health issue. I can’t walk back there. I can’t park my car there. I have to constantly clean the poop off my gate and driveway. I can’t have my dog go out there. I was away most of the summer and didn’t notice it and now that I’m back I have this to deal with.

25 Duncan Ave, Jersey City. This property is has covered their entire front yard in moth balls to deter animals/pests. It smells horrible for anyone passing by. I am most concerned with the runoff into the drains/streams and poses environmental damage since it is a soil and air contaminant. Please direct this to the right department.

Dog poop all over the sidewalk. Owners of pitbull puppy at 105 Ferry Street lets their dog walk up and down the street without a leash, and poop without picking up after it.
