This is always here. Blocking the sidewalk and they illegally put paint on the street

and again on the lawn , now with 2 spaces open in their driveway. my money is on illegal boarding house.

Owner is using front yard as illegal driveway. This needs to stop.

10 Waverly Street has a garage which they never use. They park 3 cars in front of their house blocking the sidewalk. They took out a row of plants to get 2 cars next to each other then block sidewalk with their 3rd car

Warren the inspector is mis-guided by the home owners, the owner is living at this location for 9 years, and never had a problem with pulling his car in the driveway, all he wants to do is easily park two cars, Warren don't get fooled by this person.

1. This pertains to house on SW corner of Liberty and Beach intersection. Tenants illegally park on Beach side corner by Stop sign. Illegal.

2. Also, tenants illegally park on driveway in from of garage door on Beach side, entirely blocking sidewalk.

3. Entire intersection is constantly blocked by parked cars on all four sides at night. Systemic issue. Fire trucks are unable to negotiate turns there. Reported many times, no action ever taken by JCPD. Systemic non enforcement.

4. I request cars illegally parked less then 50 feet from stop signs on EB Beach and NB Liberty, and well as two other corners, be impounded. Also car illegally parked every day in on sidewalk in front of garage door on Beach side of 245A Liberty Ave.

5. I request Fulop fire Shea for allowing this to occur for years.

6. I request Parking Authority create list of repeated offenders, and place this address for BOLO alerts after three citations at this intersection for same offense.

Homeowner illegally extended their NO PARKING lines. Also known to damage car property if parked too close to illegal lines. They illegally painted on a state street that does not belong to them. Lines need to be recorrected and fine should be given for vandalizing a street owned by the city or state.

the situation on Laidlaw Ave is that there are no clear markings for parking spaces in the driveways between Oakland Ave and Palisade Ave. This lack of markings has made it challenging for neighbors to find parking. To address this ongoing problem, it would be helpful if the City of Jersey City could mark each house’s parking area. This way, everyone would know where they can park more easily.
