    Across the street from 142 Broadway and 147 Broadway there is a garden that the Jersey City City Hall planted near the US 1&9 Truck Road. The garden has trash, tall weeds, and grass and it needs cleaning. Please have this area cleaned up and as well any city or government owned sidewalks that has trash and tall weeds and grass.     This illegal single family conversion to a rented 3 family - which is an extreme fire hazzard is doing all the following:

    Attracting rodents by storing garbage on porch for weeks at time.

    Storing this gross rug for two weeks out front.

    Leaving garbage in their driveway and all over their lawn and steps for critters to eat. It’s so gross to come out to rats….

    Also, their weeds and trees are so over grown.

    Can someone do something about this? It’s driving down the value of the homes here.

    Please Do Not cite the homeowner of 185 Nelson Avenue because it is not their property.

    The issue is Jersey City sidewalk has tall weeds and trash near the home 185 Nelson Avenue. There is a red fire hydrant that has tall weeds and grass and trash and it needs to be cleaned. Please have inspector to inspect any other public sidewalk areas that also needs cleaning as well. Please send work crews to all these area that the inspector recommends including near the home of 185 Nelson Avenue. Thanks!

    The Jersey City Sidewalk that is next to Home 325 Terrace Avenue to all the way to the corner of Terrace Avenue and Leonard Street has tall weeds and grass, trash, and a lot of dog waste. Do Not Cite the Home Owner of 325 Terrace Avenue because this is a Jersey City Sidewalk. This sidewalk is parallel to white and gray color fences. There is another sidewalk that needs cleaning and that is next to home 362 Terrace Avenue. It is a JC sidewalk that has a stairwell. There is trash, some tall weeds, and a concrete or bricks discarded near the black and gray color fencing that was illegally dumped by someone. Please have work crew remove that concrete or brick blocks. Please have the work crew come after the July 8th to clean up. Thank you for everything and God Bless!

    HERE WE GO AGAIN. Our amazing/thoughtful/careful Neighbors at 102 SUMMIT AVE (LOWER LEVEL) continue to dump rocks/dirt/gardening waste in the TWO public receptacles week after week. I have continued to ask that an inspector actually knock on the door and remind them that this pattern of not waiting for garbage day is a nuisance and that THEY CAN RECEIVE A FINE! Will the city continue to do nothing/act in fear or will they actually remind citizens of its policies/local laws. This will be the third complaint I make - Lets see if anyone will actually do something about this. I recommend assigning this ticket to people who actually care about MAKING CHANGE in this neighborhood - and bring a team of people to pick up this HEAVY garbage can when you get a chance AS IT SEEMS THE CITY DOESNT MIND TRASH DUMPING AND ENJOYS PICKING UP PEOPLES GARDNEING PROJECT WAST.

    Back yard is covered with big mounds of dirt and weeds. The cats and raccoons are in the back yard . There is a big garbage can that holds water and creates mosquitoes and other bugs. This has been reported several times and nothing has been done to change the situation. How can I get this issue resolved. The weather is getting warmer and I can't go in the back without bugs all over me. Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated

    Across the street from 330 Terrace Avenue there is a Jersey City sidewalk that is need of cleaning. The sidewalk starts at the corner of 325 Terrace Ave all the way to the corner of Terrace Avenue/Leonard Street. There is tall weeds and grass and trash along with dog waste. Please tell the workers to also remove the tall weeds and grass and trash on Leonard Street sidewalk stairs. This is also JC sidewalk property. Finally, there is a vacant lot of government property that is parallel to the white and gray fencing that has tall weeds and grass and trash that also needs cleaning. Residents ask for clean up of this vacant lot that starts near the corner of 325 Terrace Avenue all the way to the corner of Terrace Avenue and Leonard Street. All these 3 locations need cleaning.
