    Someone at 64 park has again thrown garbage into the alley and into my backyard. It is attracting raccoons and possums.

    Resident moved out on Tuesday and left lots of items for trash pick-up. After Wednesday night's trash collection and last night's recycling collection, these mattresses are still on the sidewalk. They're an eyesore and are taking up sidewalk space.

    Several garbage bags and cut weeds all over the backyard and left there for almost two weeks. The mix of the garbage, recent heat, and rainy weather has attracted so much pests from raccoons, skunks, and swarms of flies.

    Also an eyesore for all the neighboring yards.

    There is a man dumping bread, other food and garbage in front of 475 Mercer. He does this often. I don’t think he lives nearby so you need to catch him doing it for it to stop. This corner is disgusting. It’s current filled with broken glass.

    The lot owned by Dvora is once again being neglected. Trash, feces, weeds, and drug paraphernalia is present around the whole property. Particularly, the part of their property that borders the dead end section of High Street.

    This was already reported by a neighbor weeks ago and it still looks the same. Please issue summons to Dvora and urge them to stop neglecting this property. My neighbors and I have enough with this stretch of Baldwin that is always being ignored by the city and its property management cronies.
