    Every weekday around 5:20 AM, there is extremely loud garbage collection that lasts for about 30 minutes at back of Sable. The noise is unbearable and severely disrupts residents’ rest. This ongoing issue is affecting our health and causing a lot of stress.
    We urgently request action to prevent garbage pickup during such early hours. Thank you.
