Dear [City Sanitation Department / Parking Authority],
I am writing to report that Municipal Parking Lot #44 on Newark Avenue, which operates under parking fee code 46215, is in an extremely dirty condition. There is a large amount of trash accumulated along the fence line — including bottles, cans, and food waste — making the area unsightly and unsanitary.
Since this is a paid municipal parking lot, regular cleaning and maintenance should be ensured for the safety and hygiene of the public using the facility. I request that the area be cleaned promptly and that a consistent maintenance schedule be established to prevent recurring issues.
A recent photo showing the current state of the lot is attached for your reference.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
