Litter MAIS

At 5 corners, around the Subway and Bakery, and continuing on Summit beyond Cottage St, the “bike lane” area is covered in litter and leaves.
The sweeper obviously cannot fit between the bollards and the curb where the litter is accumulating.
Has anyone given this thought?

The bike lanes were put in to accommodate cyclists, but how are these streets going to be kept clean?
Has anyone thought about how to address this issue?

Lots of trash and beer cans under the 100 stairs

There was a litter can that used to be here. The complaint prior was that is was not being emptied enough. Now to solve the problem the Litter can was removed? Can this be placed back since apot of garbage was being collected here.
