    Litter on the Summit Ave side of the new NJ owned “park” along 139. The state repeatedly allows trash and weeds. Residents who live in the area should not have to contend with this.

    The whole Pine street is full of garbage leftover from the garbage pickup tracks. This is an every time issue as the garbage track always leave a trail of trash behind. Anything that drops of the dumpsters from the buildings is left behind. This needs to be addressed as it is happening on a daily basis.

    The materials appear abandoned and are not associated with any active construction activity, and there is no visible permit posted. The debris has been present for multiple weeks or longer, indicating long-term storage rather than temporary staging.

    This condition constitutes improper storage of solid waste, creates an unsanitary condition, and provides harborage for rodents and other pests, in violation of municipal sanitation and property maintenance requirements.

    The debris is located in close proximity to neighboring residential properties and poses an ongoing public health and safety concern.

    Request inspection, issuance of a Notice of Violation, and enforcement action requiring removal and proper disposal of all debris.

    We live in 295J. The new restaurant, Bergen Hall, has been placing restaurant garbage in a room adjacent to our resident hallway. They also have the bldg attendants taking out their garbage along with resident garbage on designated days. Garbage goes out on Thurs. By Sat the scent of rotten meat is throughout the residents hallway. We have also seen one mouse.

    There is an abandoned shopping cart belonging to Big Lots! left on the sidewalk by someone. Regular collection truck hasn’t picked it up since it was left there on 1/7/26. Can the DPW arrange for a special collection?
