Garbage out out on Monday and we don’t have pick up till Weds.

Trash not picked up on Sunday night and maybe also attacked by animals? It’s all over the snow.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the abysmal quality of life at Monticello Avenue and Orchard Street.
The litter on a daily basis is overwhelming. Trash lines the sidewalks and fills the gutters, creating an environment that feels neglected and unsanitary.
Before the storm, I was going out on Fridays to clean the immediate blocks around my building myself. By Sunday, the litter was already out of control again. It is truly disappointing to see such a lack of basic respect for our shared neighborhood.
Regional does collect the garbage; however, debris is frequently left behind after pickup, leaving trash scattered across the sidewalks and streets and contributing to the ongoing mess.
The public trash cans along Montgomery Street are routinely filled with what appears to be household garbage, causing them to overflow and worsen the surrounding litter problem. This is a daily occurrence.
Since the storm, conditions have deteriorated even further. The black snow along the streets is filled with trash, and both litter and dog waste have become even more out of control. Sidewalks are regularly covered in dog waste, making it unpleasant and unsanitary.
I am sorry to be this constituent, but after living here for just four months, I have already had enough. It is depressing, unsanitary, and frankly unacceptable. In all of my years living in Jersey City, this is the worst I have experienced in terms of basic cleanliness and neighborhood conditions.
I respectfully ask that your office address sanitation enforcement and trash collection oversight in this area and provide a timeline for corrective action. I know firsthand how difficult some of these challenges can be, and I appreciate your efforts and attention to this matter.

across from the old farmers market In the back of 3 greenwich drive is a demolished property that has been left as a dump! It is a serious health hazard and is a dumping site for people throwing random bags of garbage and furniture etc. the entire site is atrocious. its been years please STOP just closing these requests Jersey city needs to ensure a safe living environment! this is not safe issuing violations and nothing is resolved, or transferring to pther departments...come take a look its horrible and unacceptable

This area is always a mess. The city needs to do better for the heights.

As many times I e asked my neighbors at 112 magnolia not to put their trash in front of my property - they do. I end up having to pick up the trash or move the barrels after each collection. They refuse to put it in front of their home.
