    The gate to the splash pad is very difficult to open. I think the hinges are just old and rusty and it seems to be getting worse.

    Constituent is requesting "Curb Your Dog" and "Pickup After Dog" signs for the Virginia Avenue Park which is in-between MLK Drive and Bergen Avenue. Needs to be clean regularly. Please investigate.

    On upper 139, the sidewalk along the new parks is a big ice patch. People might slip into the fast roadway.
