    A homeless person uses the raingarden as a camping space and restroom. He leaves his belongings there all day long. The location is on the east edge of the garden area around the gazebo. Photos show approx location on the hillside.

    The white structural bench in CANCO Park can use a power wash. Beautiful bench, but barely anyone uses it as it’s filthy.

    Street drains overflowed on Merseles St between 4th and 3rd Streets on 10/30, causing residue to be on sidewalks of park.
