Parks, Playground, and Dog Runs PLUS

The dog run in Berry Lane Park had a resurfacing request put in four years ago that was closed without ever being done. Unsurprisingly, the conditions have only gotten worse, with many deep holes in the park surface in which a dog could easily injure a leg. These limestone dog runs need replenishing, as the small stones naturally erode away (or stick to dog poo and are then discarded). As the park is now basically just dirt, dogs also get absolutely filthy here; it's mud when it rains.
Please, please resurface this dog run.

Install barriers at merseles entrance to prevent cars from entering park. And fix past damages

Surface destruction

Repair potholes and replace broken grates. Have called Jc parking mult times. No change. If jc permits cars in park need to perform weekly repairs to court and lawn.

There are also some hazards at the Enos Jones playground surface.

These holes are worse than before.

Some tree roots are also pushing up the pavers.

It would make sense to put a stripe of yellow reflective paint on those pavers so the kids can see them when running to their parents.

Turf in the playground is torn up

playground that is "new" in Columbia park is in need of repair. many areas by the toys are missing the surface or have dangerous holes.

Massive amounts of sink hold and settling, twisted my ankle in one today because long grass was obscuring it. This has been reported many times and should be corrected. A massive sink hole is opening up in this park- you can see all the trees and hardscape leaning towards the center of the sinkhole.
