    The gate to the splash pad is very difficult to open. I think the hinges are just old and rusty and it seems to be getting worse.

    The railing on two of the parks stair-like equipment have been missing for several months. This park is falling apart and no one seems to care. This is extremely dangerous and very unsightly. Please fix asap. Really the whole playground should be updated.

    Multipurpose field needs a fence or net on the west side so that soccer balls don't end up in the intersection or hit those walking past the field. Suggest a 4 foot high fence similar to the fence on the east side.
