    Hello,

    I am reporting a section of sidewalk on Sip Avenue, between Tonnele Avenue and Van Reypen Street, that is in need of urgent repair. The issues observed include:
    • Multiple missing pavers/bricks.
    • Several holes and depressions that collect water during rain, creating flooding hazards.
    • Potential safety risk for pedestrians due to uneven surfaces.

    I have attached photos showing the areas with missing pavers and water accumulation for your reference.

    Request:
    • Repair or replace the missing pavers.
    • Fill and level holes to prevent water pooling.
    • Ensure sidewalk is safe and accessible for pedestrians.

    There's a concrete panel on the ground on the sidewalk that is loose and seems to be sinking more into the ground and becoming a tripping hazard. I'm not sure if this panel is for access for electrical wires or sewer pipes.
