    Speer Cemetery, which is meant to be maintained by the "Friends of Speer," instead seems to be used as a car park; the truck pictured here has been parked there for over a week at this point. As well, and not for the first time, the pavement adjoining the cemetery is covered with snow and ice and has not been shovelled or salted (see second snap enclosed). Why is this organisation allowed to abuse their position of responsibility, funded by the taxpayers?
