Destroyed sidewalk concrete - there are some loose, moving plates - also big cracks and a big hump due to the tree root

On the corner by the high school the curb is destroyed. Almost fell and hurt myself. Unsafe.

Sidewalk cellar doors are corroded. The amount of foot traffic over these doors will continue to make them look and be unsafe.

Entire half of this block has a sidewalk that is terrible and unwalkable for the elderly and handicap. Deep cracks and sunken spots with overgrown weeds poking out that makes it hard even for the normal person to possibly trip on and get hurt. This has been long over due and needs to get dealt with asap. The idiots double parking and crowding the road doesn’t help either they need to get ticketed and have a no parking sign put up ASAP.

Description of Incident:
On October 31, 2025, after shopping for my mother at C-Town Fresh Market located at 759 West Side Avenue, Jersey City.
While walking along Duncan Avenue, near my mother’s residence, I tripped and fell on the sidewalk in front of 92 Duncan Avenue, which is uneven, damaged, and lifted, creating a trip hazard. The fall occurred next to the parking lot area near where my mother lives.
As a result of this fall, I twisted and severely injured my left foot and ankle. I was transported to the medical center, where I am now preparing to undergo surgery on my left leg due to the injuries sustained from the fall.
The sidewalk at 92 Duncan Avenue is in poor and unsafe condition and presents a serious hazard to pedestrians. I am requesting that this hazardous sidewalk be repaired immediately to prevent future injuries.

The sidewalk right at the intersection of Westervelt Place and Cornelison is damaged.

According to this complaint, "there's a Defective Sidewalk at this address. He said, there's No Crosswalk or Handicap Ramp."
