Sidewalk Concern MAIS

Resident states there is a black gate that constantly leaves the building gate open, and when its windy it is always slamming against the other fencing. Homeless individuals are also allowing themselves into the property.

The store keeps putting racks of items for sale on the street taking up sidewalk space. There's a lot of people walking there and it makes it very difficult to walk pass.

Trash, excrement, broken glass, and construction debris on sidewalk. Several sections of fence have fallen which completely blocks the sidewalk.

The pavement here is always icy and never cleared (the picture is from 10th Feb 8.30 AM). This is a major safety hazard since this is a highly trafficked pedestrian zone. This is also an ongoing problem on the pavement on Washington Street across the street from the powerhouse (which is an empty lot but atleast it was clear today).

There is a water leak coming up through the sidewalk that is then freezing into a giant sheet of ice covering the entire sidewalk in front of the women’s club on Fairmount Avenue

Snow has not been removed on either side of Newark Ave by the cemetery
