    During morning commute, Patel Brothers has stacked crates so high on both sides of the sidewalk that there is barely a sliver of walking space and the workers of Patel’s are blocking that space with their dollies. I understand they are upset that people are reporting them, but they are being aggressive with pedestrians and trying to intimidate them. Additionally, this is inappropriate. If these crates fail, someone would be seriously injured. They cannot take up this much space they are a multi million dollar corporation and can surely figure this out.

    Can someone close off the stairs that are at the northeast corner of the liberty harbor parking lot across the tracks from the dog park? They currently lead to nowhere and people mistakenly come down the stairs all the time thinking they can walk across the tracks and down liberty view. Some people turn back but a lot dangerously cross the tracks to squeeze through the fencing. Today I saw two women walking down the tracks towards the station. It could be quite dangerous if the light rail was coming and they weren’t paying attention.

    There is a fence that has been obstructing the sidewalk for two days now near the entrance to the soon-to-be summit Park on summit ave and 139. No more than one person can walk through there… Much less someone in a wheelchair or a stroller.
