    Drain on corners on aling South Street. As seen on picture the drains are getting covered with leaves and debris. These drains flood the cross walks/corners when it rains. Sidewalk cleaning (year round) need enforcement in the Heights.

    This catch basin is filled with debris. It does not drain at all. Water will eventually evaporate. Located on the north, east side of the intersection of Provost and Bay Streets.

    Who allowed for this sign to be there at random? Pedestrians have no place to go and neither do bikes. All this for either nothing or for parked vans belonging to the construction workers. That can't be right.

    6months ago City street dept came and ripped up the street to repair sinkhole, then for unknown reason they broke up our sidewalk at the curb + even cut the outline in the walk then just used asphalt as temporary patch. This usually would get fixed in the past few days later but still waiting, we are the only one on the block like this! Please fix as this is the city’s doing.

    The construction at 55/50 Hudson has uprooted the fence dividing the north/south bound on Greene St, the fence is now in the middle of northbound Greene St obstructing the street.

    A tree's roots are forcing this area of the sidewalk up. It's right next to the fire hydrant.

    At the very least, cut up and take away these scraps of concrete.

    Roots are doing real damage on this block.

    This very dangerous pedestrian crossing at the LSP light rail station should have had caution signs to slow down traffic heading to or from Johnston Ave, years ago! This lack of attention to this issue is unacceptable, and little wonder that no one's been killed. Shame on the City and the Mayor who has ignored this hazard. More often than not, traffic does not slow down to let pedestrians cross..l
