801 State Rt 440 Jersey City, New Jersey, 07304 - Hackensack Riverfront

"The wall" has been like this for a while beautiful graffiti welcoming people to our great city. And no one does anything about it. Hmm do the HC and JC workers who live out of town drive past it every day and enjoy it?

The property is either 801 rt 440 or 1033 Communipaw Avenue. It is the site of the old Hudson Motor Lodge. Don’t know if the deed transfer took place yet but it was owned by Jersey City, Hudson County and an LLC out of Phoenix, Arizona.

In 2020 the County and City approved the spot for here it comes another massive trucking distribution terminal at the number one worst intersection in JC. Oh but the developers sweetened the pot and threw in a water front park that no one will probably be able to get to. The terminal is much like the brand new one built down the road by Kearny Point a shame that beautiful old brick building Talbot Hall (look it up) was demolished to make room for it.

Please get after the owners especially if it is still HC and JC to clean it up or fine them. So sorry to all of the “art” lovers. Whoever did that mess is no Kaws.

The curbs have been illigally painted yellow on cornelison ave and parts of state street. Causing unneccesary parkig tickets and court cases to dispute them. Also the double yellow lines at Cornelison and Fairmount Avess> need to be properly centered to allow for the parked vehicles at that corner.

The seating area by the old bocce ball court on the Manhattan Avenue side of the park has been marked with graffiti. It takes away from the beauty of our park.

69 Wayne St Jersey City, NJ, 07302, USA - Downtown

After new sidewalk slabs were poured and graded the week of 12/4-8/2023, someone defaced 3 slabs on Wayne Street between Barrow Street and Grove Street with "All Cops are B_stards" at 69 1/2 Wayne St and "ACAB" on two more slabs east of that location.

Residents shouldn't have to suffer through seeing our public infrastructure defaced with cursing, for children to be exposed to curses and for the public to have to be greeted with such ugliness. Please correct these three slabs, thank you!
