Very busted up bollards, vehicles are always using this as a 'slip lane' it's a little dangerous!

Six broken and/or missing delineators at this busy dangerous intersection

West side n gautier delineator's were removed on both ends of crosswalk

Down delineator off to the side

Fire hydrant was buried during recent installation of raised bed.

this street was repaved in June and the street and curb markings for the no parking zones for the fire hydrants have never been painted back.
please have the markings done asap

Ever since the Jersey barriers were installed to separate the bike lane from the street, the right lane of Washington Blvd between 2nd Street & Gangemi Drive floods considerably. This is not the only section that does this. It’s a danger to cars driving and bikes using the bike lane.

Residents of 385 8th were unable to leave (or access) the building after the rain of Nov 28th, or anytime it rains… the water pools in front of the main and only exit door and does not drain.
There is a construction site next door that might be making the matter worse, maybe clogged drains?
The only way in or out is walking into ankle deep water… is there anything that can be done to create at least a way for residents?

It appears as if a pipe has burst or something as there is a burbling leakage emerging out of this sidewalk.

Residents are reporting that the way curb is by the sewer grate is not functioning properly. The water does not drain but standing.
