A constituent reported that clogged catch basins near this property are not allowing water to drain and may need to be cleaned.

I have a business on cottage street and every day this construction site at 35 cottage st blocks the road all day not allowing any cars through. Do they have the required permits to block the street daily?

please move the planter all the way over to the green line. cars are fitting thru and turning right in bike lane area.

Both the southwest and northwest corners for first and Brunswick have no sidewalk. I need to go down first. Why isn’t there a safe path to walk - especially at night. Btw I think this is city project.

Why is the bus stop being shifted north on west side of Palisade Ave between Ravine and Booraem? Why will the entire block now be a bus stop?

6months ago City street dept came and ripped up the street to repair sinkhole, then for unknown reason they broke up our sidewalk at the curb + even cut the outline in the walk then just used asphalt as temporary patch. This usually would get fixed in the past few days later but still waiting, we are the only one on the block like this! Please fix as this is the city’s doing.

Verizon has been here a few times to fix the service poles. I just noticed there’s a big gaping sink hole next to the service/electrical pole. Someone will either get seriously injured by falling in there or it will continue to grow larger and affect the homes on this block (if it hasn’t already done so). This is a huge safety concern and either Verizon or the city needs to fix. Thank you.

The contractor dug the road for new construction. Now there’s a deep pothole that already happened because of this. The contractor should be held responsible.

Damaged bollard/lamp near the Marin Boulevard light rail station

Almost 5 years ago a snow plow took out the street light… We have been requesting on a monthly basis since for PSENG in the city to replace the light. We keep buying the cone that you see there because not only is a dangerous and people trip and fall but the wires we also need a light desperately for safety reasons. At night, it is dark and the amount of people that tripped over this and get hurt we’ve lost count of and the kids often steal the cone and it’s unfair that we have to keep buying the cone out of pocket. When can we please get the street light Fairmount Ave 297
