Construction on sjde walk without permit closures and protection

Street closed between summit n mlk don't see any police or flaggers is that legal been closed since early morning

Resident states there was paving done to the street and the construction crew did not fix the pavement in front of the property. someone can get seriously hurt

Contractor of 34 Gardner ave STAPLED a no parking sign to a newly planted tree. He stapled the sign to the tree in front of 29 gardner. Please issue a fine so this does not continue to happen at this location.

Is it possible to add a strong delineator on the bike lane to prevent motorists from driving on it? I was cycling on Pacific when a motorist turned right from Communipaw into the bike lane and drove along the bike lane to double park in front of Puchu's. v

Bramhall and Pacific requires a more robust daylighting solution on each corner than just paint. Cars frequently park over the paint up to (and often blocking) the pedestrian crossings. Last week alone, there were two crashes at this intersection, with poor visibility as a contributing factor in each.

At minimum in the near-term, I'd like to request that delineators be installed to reinforce that cars should not be parked near the crossings. Eventually it would be good to see this intersection made safer with curb extensions.

Columbus Drive near the turnpike overpass (especially westbound) is very dangerous, and cars often take this turn at very high speeds, drifting into adjacent lanes. Columbus is like a drag race strip sometimes. Not only is Ferris High School right there, but there have been several extreme car crashes at the site, including one fatal crash just last year.
Drivers really need to be slowed down somehow, either with a flashing signal, reduced car lanes, speed bump, or a well-designed intersection with the Academy Street extension on the JC master plan.

Washington St headed south by Whole Foods needs better pedestrian infrastructure. The are two travel lanes for cars, but drivers use the bus stop and the bike lane to jump the line and make illegal right turns on red. This endangers anyone walking and rolling at the intersection.

Bent and broken delineators. Possibly by city vehicle.

Can we get planters installed at the curb extension? Parks constantly park in them and it defeats the purpose of the extension, especially now with the destroyed bike parking that was acting as a pseudo bollard.
