    Background: JC MUA performed lead water line test/replacement on entire block but broke or left the cast iron water line access opening full detached after the work was completed. This opening should have been screwed and closed shut to prevent exposing the line to further damage from pedestrians, inclement weather as well as potentially being trip hazard. Please rectify ASAP. Thank you!
